This film follows the proud history of the Beetle Cat, a small sailing vessel 12 feet long and half as wide that has been built the same way for almost a century. In an age of fiberglass, the Beetle is still made with wood, the planks steamed and rushed to the waiting hull. Generations of sailors learned to race on Beetles and their colorful sails evoke memories of summers gone by.
